EPD Search Sources

Reads epd-products.json, epd-suppliers.json and epd-vault-index.json. A product already settled by a verified vault document issues zero broker queries. Otherwise searches in fixed order (supplier website → Environdec → EPD Hub) for a manufacturer EPD, then the supplier site and open web for a product carbon footprint/LCA, ranks results, then filters to EPD-like PDFs (rejects LEED/marketing summaries; requires distinctive product tokens). Writes epd-candidates.json. Uses normalized names only; empty lists are valid; never invents EPD metadata.
